By accessing, browsing and purchasing goods from the STARTFITNES Shopify store, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
  1. Products & Authenticity

    STARTFITNES is an authorised reseller for multiple third-party sports shoe brands. All branded footwear sold on our store is genuine and supplied with valid sales authorisation. Product photos, descriptions and specifications are for reference only. Minor colour variations caused by screen displays do not count as defective goods. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
  2. Orders & Payment

    When submitting an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or hold parental/guardian consent. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, out-of-stock merchandise or abnormal transactions, with full refunds issued accordingly.
  3. Intellectual Property

    Trademarks, logos, product images and designs of the third-party brands remain the property of their respective brand owners. STARTFITNES only uses such assets for authorised product sales. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use any intellectual property displayed on our website without written permission from the rights holder.
  4. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted under English and Welsh law, STARTFITNES shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of purchased products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.
  5. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
