Return & Refund Policy

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  1. 14-Day Cooling-off Period

    You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the sports shoes for any reason without giving justification. You must notify us by email within this 14-day window, and send the items back within a further 14 days.
  2. Return Eligibility

    Returned footwear must be unworn, unused, in original condition, complete with original shoebox, labels and tags. Shoes with visible scuffs, dirt, wear damage or missing packaging will not be approved for refund or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping Cost

    For voluntary returns (change of mind), the buyer covers return postage. If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched items, we will cover the return shipping expense.
  4. Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 working days to your original payment method. Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.
  5. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive damaged, defective or wrong footwear, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the parcel and products. We will arrange a refund, replacement or exchange.
  6. Exclusions

    Clearance final-sale items are non-refundable unless proven defective.
