Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Regions

    We primarily ship to the United Kingdom, and we also offer delivery to selected European countries.
  2. Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
  3. Estimated Delivery Times
  • UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • UK Express Shipping: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • European Shipping: 7–14 working days, subject to local customs clearance
  1. Shipping Charges

    Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery location and parcel weight. Promotional free shipping may be available from time to time.
  2. Parcel Tracking

    Once your item is dispatched, we will send an email containing the tracking number so you can monitor delivery status via the courier’s official portal.
  3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

    For shipments outside the United Kingdom, import duties, local VAT or customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  4. Undeliverable Parcels

    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or recipient refusal, the buyer will be liable for the return shipping cost. We can reship the item at extra cost or issue a refund excluding the original delivery fee.
